The Surry County, VA Historical Society relies upon the generous support of donors to preserve the history of our community.
Even just a $10 donation can be a massive help in keeping Surry County’s history alive for years to come. Please note that fees of approximately 5% will be deducted from your donation to cover transaction and processing costs if you donate through the website. You can void these fees by sending us a check or money order. We appreciate your generosity and your contribution will help us:
Maintain the Society’s historical museums within the county.
Fund educational projects such as historical articles that we publish online.
Support events featuring lectures and presentations on historical subjects.
